Method
Sketch means the problem and intended mechanism are written down. Scaffold means code exists but lacks an end-to-end check. Integration-tested means the named multi-part path ran under the stated conditions. None of those labels implies production suitability.
The working rule is small: publish the artifact, name the check, preserve the failure case, and do not promote a claim past its evidence.
Limits
The public verifier has not established independent key custody, signer identity, capture accuracy, operational qualification, production security, customer adoption, independent audit, or behavior across browsers. The current browser check uses one fixed development fixture served from the same origin as the page.
Those are next proof gates, not details hidden behind a stronger adjective.
