Substrate is the engineering position the canon names. Every load-bearing claim in the journal is meant to be checkable against working code. This page lists the working code.
Status vocabulary: experimental for un-tagged work, pre-1.0 for versioned releases against a pre-1.0 toolchain, stable reserved for post-1.0 ABI-stable substrate. Zig 0.16 ceiling applies to everything in this catalog.
